It is represented by Sri P. Govinda Rajulu, learned counsel for the petitioner that the order dated 03.12.2012 in W.P.M.P.No. 39000 of 2012 in Writ Petition No. 9186 of 2011 has since been complied with and hence, the Contempt Case has become infructuous.
