HON'BLE SRI JUSTI CE A. RAMALI NGESWARA RAO Writ Petition No.11070 of 2017 Order:

This Writ Petition is filed challenging the order dated 14.03.2017 calling upon the petitioner to remit the penalty of Rs.2,83,750/- within seven (7) days from the date of receipt of the said letter. Learned counsel for the respondents, after taking instructions from the respondents, submits that in view of the apparent violation of principles of natural justice and non-compliance with the rules, they want to withdraw the order dated 14.03.2017 and pass a fresh order in accordance with law.

In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the respondents, no further orders are necessary except recording the submission of the learned counsel for the respondents. The Writ Petition is, accordingly, closed. There shall be no order as to costs.

As a sequel thereto, the miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
