This petition is filed for extension of time to surrender before Station House Officer, Atchuthapuram Police Station, Visakhapatnam District, in terms of the Order dt.0'1.02.2018 passed by this Court in Criminal Petition No.762 of 2018, whereby the Court directed the petitioner to surrender before Station House Officer, Atchuthapuram Police Station, Visakhapatnam District, within a period of '15 days from the date of Order. Learned counsel for the petitioner contented that the time granted by this Court was already expired as he could not surrender before Police due to financial difficulties and prayed to extend the time.

ln view of the facts and circumstances of the case, the time to surrender before Station House Officer, Atchuthapuram Police Station, Visakhapatnam District, is extended for a period of one week from today.
