Learned counsel for the appellants would submit that since the subject suit in O.S.No.36 of 2009 on the file of the I Additional Chief Judge, City Civil Court, Secunderabad, was disposed of, nothing survives for adjudication in this appeal, which is filed challenging an interlocutory order passed in the said suit.

Recording the said submission, this appeal is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.

The Miscellaneous Petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
