This criminal petition, under Sections 437 and 439 of Cr.P.C., is filed by petitioner/A2 in Crime No.1 of 2018 of ACB, Karimnagar Range, seeking bail. 2.
The offences alleged against the accused are under Sections 13(1)(d) read with Section 13(2) of Prevention of Corruption Act, 1988 and under Section 120(b) read with Section 34 of IPC.

Heard learned counsel for petitioner, learned Special Public Prosecutor for the respondent-State and perused the record.

Learned counsel for petitioner submits that the petitioner, who figured as accused in another Cr.No.12 of 2017 of ACB, Karimnagar Range, was granted bail by this Court in Crl.P.No.12623 of 2017 dated 03.01.2018. A perusal of the said order shows that after considering the entire material placed before the Court and also the facts of the case, this Court granted bail to the petitioner, in view of the fact that he was in judicial custody for a long time.

Learned Special Public Prosecutor has not refuted the contention that the allegations made against the petitioner in Cr.No.12 of 2017 and in this crime are one and the same.

Hence, for the same reasons mentioned while granting bail in Crl.P.No.12623 of 2017, bail is granted to the petitioner in this case. 7.
Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is allowed. Petitioner/A2 is enlarged on bail on condition of his executing a personal bond for a sum of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees twenty thousand only) with two sureties for a like sum each to the satisfaction of the Special Judge for SPE & ACB Cases at Karimnagar. On such release, the petitioner shall not enter into Karimnagar District and he shall appear before the Joint Director, ACB, State of Telangana, on every Wednesday and Saturday between 10.00 AM and 11.00 AM., until further orders.
