P. Dakshinamurthy, S/O Late Narasappa, v. The State Of A.P.
THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE M.S.RAMACHANDRA RAO WP.No.10709 of 2014 ORDER :

The learned Government Pleader for Revenue, appearing for respondents, states that if the petitioners make an application to the 2nd respondent, the 2nd respondent will consider the same and communicate his decision to petitioners with regard to issuance of title deeds.
4.
Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the petitioners to file an application before the 2nd respondent within four
(04) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of the order for issuance of title deeds to them in respect of their land; and on receipt of the said application, the 2nd respondent shall dispose of the same within a period of six (06) weeks, and communicate his decision thereon to petitioners. No order as to costs.
5.
As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending if any in this Writ Petition, shall stand closed.
