THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAMALINGESWARA RAO CONTEMPT CASE No.182 OF 2018 ORDER:

The contempt case is filed alleging violation of the order, dated 26.10.2017, while issuing notice before admission in W.P.No.35711 of 2017. This Court while adjourning the case for being posted in the adjourned motion list observed that status quo prevailing as on that day shall be maintained.

Now it is stated that the Panchayat Secretary ignoring the said order put up a Caution Board. Placing the Caution Board in the site is not a violation of the order of this Court.

In view of the same, the contempt case is not maintainable and is accordingly dismissed.
