HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A. RAMALINGESWARA RAO Contempt Case No. 295 of 2015 Order:

This Contempt Case is filed alleging non-implementation of the orders of this Court passed in WPMP No.42772 of 2014 in WP No.34201 of 2014, dated 13.11.2014.

2. When the matter is taken up for admission, it is submitted that the interim order dated 13.11.2014 passed in WPMP No.42772 of 2014 in WP No.34201 of 2014 is complied with partially and since the main Writ Petition is pending no further proceedings will be taken in the Contempt Case.

3. The Contempt Case is, accordingly, dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs.

4. As a sequel thereto, the miscellaneous applications, if any, pending in this Contempt Case shall stand closed. ________________________ A.
