HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE SURESH KUMAR KAIT & HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE U. DURGA PRASAD RAO W.P. No. 12774 of 2017 O R D E R:- (ORAL) (Per Hon'ble Sri Justice Suresh Kumar Kait) 1) This writ petition is filed for the following substantive relief:

" ....issue a writ, order or direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Habeas Corpus directing respondent Nos.1 and 2 to produce the petitioner's daughter - J. Preethi Singh @ Guddu, who is illegally and unlawfully detained by respondent Nos.3 to 6."

2) It is an admitted case that the petitioner lodged a complaint before the 2nd respondent - Station House Officer at Kulsumpura Police Station, Hyderabad who registered a case in F.I.R. No.63 of 2017 for the offence punishable under the head " Woman Missing" .

3) The learned Government Pleader for Home appearing for respondent Nos.1 and 2 submits that as per the allegations of the petitioner both the petitioner's daughter and the 3rd respondent are majors and they left their houses without any intimation or taking permission from their respective parents.

4) Since the report regarding missing of the petitioner's daughter has already been registered as noted above and respondent Nos.1 and 2 are making all efforts to

SKK,J & UDPR,J WP_12774_2017 trace them out, we find no ground to pass any further orders in this writ petition. However, we expect from the official respondents to transmit information to the petitioner as and when the daughter of the petitioner is traced out. 5) With the above observation, the writ petition is disposed of. No order as to costs.
