THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.SATYANARAYANA MURTHY CRL.P.MP.Nos. 12314 & 12315 OF 2017 IN/AND CRIMINAL PETITION NO.11510 OF 2014 ORDER:

CRL.P.MP.Nos. 12314 & 12315 OF 2017 These miscellaneous petitions are filed under Section 320 of Cr.P.C seeking permission to compromise and compound the offences to quash the proceedings in C.C.No.203 of 2013 on the file of XIII Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate at Hyderabad, for the offences punishable under Sections 498-A, 406 IPC & Sections 4 & 6 of Dowry Prohibition Act.

The petitioners/A-5 & A-7 and the second respondent/ defacto complainant are present and they are identified by their respective counsel and produced Photostat copies of Aadhar cards to prove their identity. It is submitted that the first petitioner/A-4 died and it is supported by death certificate. Further, the third petitioner/A-6 is represented by the second respondent/A-5 through General Power of Attorney.

A settlement deed dated 29.10.2017 is filed by both the parties, when terms of compromise are explained in Urdu language by Learned Public Prosecutor for the State of Telangana, they are admitted to be true and correct. Further, it is now submitted that, both the petitioners/A-5 & A-7 and the second respondent/ defacto complainant voluntarily entered into compromise due to intervention of elders and well-wishers and they wanted to lead peaceful life.

MSM,J CrlP_11510_2014 Therefore, I find that the compromise is voluntary in the interest of both parties and permission is granted to compound the offence. Hence, compromise is recorded in terms of the settlement deed dated 29.10.2017 filed along with these petitions.

Accordingly, these petitions are ordered.

Crl.P.NO.11510 OF 2014 In view of the orders passed by this Court in CRL.P.MP.Nos. 12314 & 12315 of 2017, this criminal petition is allowed.

Consequently, miscellaneous applications pending if any, shall also stand closed. No costs.
