After arguing the case for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the Writ Petition with liberty to his client to initiate appropriate civil proceedings, if he is otherwise aggrieved.

Permission is accorded.

The Writ Petition is therefore, dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as sought for. No costs.

Consequently, the miscellaneous Applications, if any shall stand closed.
