This Writ Petition is filed challenging the action of the respondents in appointing the petitioners as contract drivers instead of casual drivers and this Hon'ble Court was pleased to grant interim direction to continue the petitioners as casual drivers instead of contract drivers and in view of the said interlocutory orders, the petitioners were continued as casual drivers. In view of the above said submission, this Court is of the considered view that in view of the interim orders, no further orders are necessary.
