No representation for petitioner. Heard Assistant Government Pleader for respondents 1 to 3.

The petitioner complains against inaction of 4th respondent in taking action on petitioner's complaint dated 24.02.2013, as illegal and unconstitutional.

The Assistant Government Pleader by placing written instructions dated 25.03.2013 submits that the 4th respondent received two complaints and one of them is registered as F.I.R.No.177 of 2013 under Sections 447, 506 and 290 IPC. This Court is of the view that as crime is already registered, the inaction complained in the writ petition does not survive. The writ petition is, accordingly, dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs.

Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, stand closed.
