The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the Criminal Petition with liberty to move the trial Court. Permission as sought for is accorded.

Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as withdrawn by granting liberty, as prayed for. As a sequel thereto, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Criminal Petition, shall stand dismissed.
