The grievance of the petitioner is that he made two complaints dated 02-12-2018 and 05-02-2019 against the unofficial respondents. As no action has been taken, the present writ petition is filed.

Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home on instructions submits that the complaints of the petitioner were examined and found the same to be of civil in nature and the petitioner was informed of the same. A copy of the notice issued to the petitioner was also produced. The other allegations made by the petitioner are denied. Recording the same, the writ petition is disposed of granting liberty to the petitioner to avail alternative remedy available to him.
