O R D E R

Aggrieved by the inaction of the 4th respondent - Tahsildar, Patancheru Mandal Sangareddy District, in considering the representation of the petitioner dated 13.12.2019 for issuance of pattadar pass books in respect of the subject land, the present writ petition is filed.

Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue, on instructions, submits that civil litigation is pending between the petitioner and the third parties in A.S.No.11 of 2017 on the file of this court, and hence the application of the petitioner cannot be considered.

Learned counsel for the petitioner disputed the above submission, and stated that the subject property in this writ petition is not involved in the above said appeal and hence, there is no justification on the part of the 4th respondent in keeping the application of the petitioner pending. Since the grievance of the petitioner is pending before the 4th respondent by way of his representation dated 13.12.2019, without expressing any opinion on merits, the said authority is directed to dispose of the same in accordance with law, after giving notice and opportunity of hearing to the petitioner and other effected parties, if any.

Interlocutory applications pending, if any, shall stand closed. No order as to costs.
