When the matter is called, Sri G.L.Narasimha Rao, learned counsel for the petitioner, seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the instant Petition with a liberty to file Public Interest Litigation as the relief sought for relates to a road used by the general public.

Permission is accorded.

Accordingly, this Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty as sought for.

As a sequel, miscellaneous applications pending, if any, shall stand closed.
