THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY W.P.NOs.2719 AND 2728 OF 2020 COMMON ORDER Aggrieved by the inaction of the respondents in considering the request of the petitioners for conversion of Maxi Cabs to Omni buses, the present writ petitions have been filed.

Learned counsel for the petitioners' submits that the relief sought for by the petitioners in both the writ petitions, is squarely covered by the order passed by this court in W.P.No.1528 of 2020 dated 27.01.2020. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Transport, has not disputed the above submission of the learned counsel for the petitioners. In view of the same and for the reasons alike as recorded in W.P.No.1528 of 2020 dated 27.01.2020, both these writ petitions are disposed of granting liberty to the petitioners to make appropriate application before the competent authority by paying necessary fee. On such applications being received, the competent authority is directed to dispose of the said applications within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of such applications. Interlocutory applications pending, if any, shall stand closed. No order as to costs.
