This writ petition is filed seeking to direct the respondents to receive the lease amount to be paid by the petitioner for fishing rights and to allow the petitioner to catch fish in Yerra Cheruvu and Muddam Kunta.

It is submitted by both the parties that in view of the decision taken by the Government by way of G.O.Rt.No.268, dated 23.07.2021, nothing survives for adjudication in the writ petition. 4.

In view of the above submission, no further orders are needed to be passed in the writ petition and this writ petition stands disposed of. No order as to costs.
