Today when this matter is taken up, the learned counsel for the petitioners/ accused Nos.1 to 7 fairly conceded that instead of mentioning the crime number, C.C. number was mentioned at the top of the memorandum of Criminal Petition. In view of the same, without expressing any view on the merits of the matter, this Criminal Petition is dismissed giving liberty to the petitioners/ accused Nos.1 to 7 to file a fresh application.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Criminal Petition, shall stand closed.
