THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE M.S.RAMACHANDRA RAO WRIT PETITION No.2421 OF 2018 O R D E R :
Petitioners' grievance is that though she retired on attaining the age of superannuation on 31.12.2018, subsequently show cause notice was issued on 07.07.2017 to her by the 1st respondent proposing to impose a penalty of withholding 2% cut in pension for a period of one year invoking Rule 9 of A.P. Revised Pension Rules 1980, and though petitioner gave her explanation to the same as long back as on 10.08.2017, no final orders have been passed by the 1st respondent till date.

The Government Pleader for Services appearing for respondents state that the 1st respondent will consider petitioner's explanation and pass final orders within a period of two (02) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate his decision to the petitioner.

In view of the said submissions, this Writ Petition is disposed of directing the 1st respondent to consider petitioner's explanation and pass final orders within a period of two (02) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate his decision to the petitioner. No order as to costs.

Consequently, Miscellaneous Petitions pending if any, shall stand closed.
