I.A. No. 1 of 2018 is filed seeking permission to withdraw the present Company Petition on the ground that the petitioner is no longer interested to pursue the matter. Further, there is no other Company Petition pending before this court seeking winding up of the respondent Company.

In the above circumstances, I.A.No. 1 of 2018 is ordered. Liberty is granted to the petitioner to withdraw the present Company Petition.

Accordingly, the Company Petition is dismissed as withdrawn.

Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall also stand dismissed. No order as to costs.
