The present writ petition is filed questioning inaction of the 5th respondent in not registering the case based on the complaint made by the petitioner on 30.01.2020.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home for respondents 1 to 5. 3.

Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, on written instructions, dated 10.02.2020, a copy of which is placed on record, submits that based on the complaint, dated 30.01.2020, made by the petitioner with Assistant Commissioner of Police, Vanasthalipuram Police Station, Rachakonda, received through proper channel, a case in Cr.No.134 of 2020 under Sections 448, 341, 323, 504 and 506 r/w Section 34 I.P.C was registered on 07.02.2020 by the Vanasthalipuram Police Station, Rachakonda Commissionerate and is under investigation. 4.

Having regard to the fact that a case is already registered and is under investigation, the grievance of the petitioner in the present writ petition stands redressed and no further orders need be passed in this writ petition.

Accordingly, the writ petition is closed. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed in the light of this final order. No order as to costs.
