Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that this Court granted bail to the petitioner - A8 vide Crl.P.No.1209 of 2024 dated 06.02.2024 and a typographical error was occurred in the operative portion i.e. Para 6(i) of the order dated 06.02.2024 i.e. I Additional District and Sessions Judge, Medak at Sangareddy District was typed in place of "I Additional District and Sessions Judge, Siddipet at Siddipet District".

Considering the above submissions of the learned counsel for the petitioner, it is permitted that the name of the court mentioned in Para 6(i) of the order dated 06.02.2024 in Crl.P.No.1209 of 2024 i.e. I Additional District and Sessions Judge, Medak at Sangareddy

District shall be replaced with "I Additional District and Sessions Judge, Siddipet at Siddipet District". Accordingly, I.A.No.1 of 2024 is allowed.
