Learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Government Pleader for Home submit that based on the complaint lodged by the petitioner, Crime No.127 of 2019 was registered on 05.03.2019 in Gachibowli Police Station and therefore the cause in the Writ Petition does not survive for adjudication.

Recording the said submission, the Writ Petition is dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed.
