2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has settled the outstanding tax dispute under the One Time Settlement scheme introduced by the Government of Telangana. Therefore, petitioner would not like to pursue this writ petition.

3. The writ petition is accordingly dismissed on withdrawal.
