Mudigal Hampanna v. Union Of India
HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY CIVIL REVISION PETITION No. 2596 OF 2010 ORDER :
This Civil Revision Petition is filed against docket proceedings dated 04.11.2009 in OAA No.225 of 2007, wherein the Railway Claims Tribunal, Secunderabad has refused to mark the documents filed by the petitioner on the objection raised by the respondent on the ground that some of the documents are only photocopies and only marked Exs.A1 to A9, though the petitioner filed 31 documents.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has filed all original documents and not photocopies. He submits that merely on the objection raised by the respondent, the Railway Claims Tribunal erroneously refused to mark the documents. Though notice is served on the respondent, none appeared for the respondent.
In view of the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner, the Railway Claims Tribunal, Secunderabad is directed to verify the documents filed by the petitioner in OAA No.225 of 2007 and mark the same, if they are original documents, subject to objections raised by the respondent.
With the above direction, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Civil Revision Petition shall stand closed.
