Today when the matter has been taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the then Andhra Pradesh Administrative Tribunal (for short 'the Tribunal' hereafter) passed interim order, dated 27.06.2014, which reads as under: "Pending disposal of the O.A., the memo bearing No.A3/SUPPEN/17/2014, dated 20-05-2014 issued by the 3rd respondent is suspended till further orders with a direction to the respondents to release the pensionery benefits to him forthwith." 2.

Today when the matter has been taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in view of the interim order passed by the Tribunal on 27.06.2014, no further orders are required in this writ petition(TR). Learned Government Pleader appearing for the respondents has fairly acceded to the same. 3.
