Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue.

Inasmuch as the application of the petitioner dated 27.11.2019 for issuance of new pattadar pass book and title deed in respect of the subject land is stated to be pending with the 4th respondent - Mandal Revenue Officer, Ananthagiri, Telangana State, without expressing any opinion on merits, writ petition is disposed of directing the said authority to consider the application of the petitioner, and take appropriate action in accordance with law, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

Interlocutory applications pending, if any, shall stand closed. No order as to costs.
