When the matter is called, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners seeks permission to withdraw the present criminal petition. Permission is accorded.

The Criminal Petition is accordingly dismissed as having been withdrawn. The petitioners are at liberty to obtain appropriate orders, in accordance with law, insofar as bail is concerned. Pending miscellaneous applications, if any, shall stand closed in consequence.
