This writ petition is filed challenging the proceedings dated 05.09.2003, wherein the 1st respondent declined to refer the dispute for adjudication by the Industrial Tribunal under Section 10 of the Industrial Disputes Act. This Court was pleased to grant interim directions on 25.02.2004 directing the respondents either to decide the matter or refer the matter to the Labour Court. 2.

This Court is of the opinion that in view of the interim directions dated 25.02.2004, no further orders are necessary in the writ petition. Accordingly, this writ petition is closed.
