No representation for learned counsel for petitioners. Learned counsel for Respondent No.2 and also learned Public Prosecutor would submit that the instant quash petition is filed, to quash FIR in Cr.No.155 of 2012 of Women Police Station, Saroornagar, Rangareddy District, on 14.06.2013. But, however, in that matter the charge sheet was filed long prior i.e., 22.02.2013 and therefore, the instant Criminal Petition is not maintainable. Learned counsel for R.2 produced a copy of Charge sheet, which shows that in Cr.No.155 of 2012, the police filed charge sheet on 22.02.2013.

Having found that the instant Criminal Petition became infructuous, the same is liable to be dismissed. Accordingly, this Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, the miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this case shall stand closed. ____________________________ U.
