Heard learned counsel for the petitioners - accused Nos.1 to 3, 5 and 6 of P.R.C.No.4 of 2017 on the file of VIII Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Hyderabad, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 452, 395 and 342 I.P.C., and perused the grounds urged in the quash petition and Charge Sheet.

2. Both parties present and stated that they settled the matter amicably outside the Court and vide Crl.P.MP.Nos.7523 and 7524 of 2017 sought permission to compound the offences and prayed to record compromise and quash the proceedings.

3. Accordingly, permission is granted to compound the offences.

4. In the result, Crl.P.MP.Nos.7523 and 7524 of 2017 are allowed. Consequently, the Criminal Petition is also allowed quashing the proceedings in P.R.C.No.4 of 2017 on the file of VIII Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Hyderabad, against the petitioners - accused Nos.1 to 3, 5 and 6. The petitioners - accused No.1 to 3, 5 and 6 are acquitted and their bail bonds, if any, shall stand cancelled. Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Criminal Petition shall stand closed.
