The petitioner/sole accused and the 1st respondent/de facto complainant, along with their respective counsel, are present. 2.

I.A.Nos.3 and 4 of 2019 are filed to permit them to record compromise and to compound the offence in Spl.S.C.No.02 of 2018, on the file of the Judge, Mahila Court and V-Additional Sessions Judge, Adilabad, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 376(2)(n) and 506 IPC, by stating that they have settled the matter outside the Court amicably and living happily. 3.

In view of the compromise between the parties, I.A.Nos.3 and 4 of 2019 are allowed by compounding the offences. Consequently, the criminal petition is allowed and the proceedings against the petitioner/accused in Spl.S.C.No.2 of 2018, on the file of the Judge, Mahila Court and V-Additional Sessions Judge, Adilabad, are hereby quashed and the petitioner/accused is acquitted. The bail bonds of accused, if any, shall stand cancelled.
