This writ petition is filed challenging the action of the respondents in not issuing the new Pass Book by incorporating survey numbers and its extents totaling an extent of Ac.8.10 guntas with Katha No.462 of Yellanki Village, Ramannapet Mandal, Yadadri, Bhongir District, to the petitioner.

The case of the petitioner is that he is the owner of the Agricultural land to a total extent of Ac.8.10 guntas in survey numbers 642, 641/3, 640/19, 640/18, 640/19, 640/18, 639/1, 638/15, 85, 662, 660, 651, 650/18, 649/19, 643, 638/11 of Yellanki Village, Ramannapet Mandal; that his name is also entered in the revenue records; that pass books and title deeds were also issued to him; and that his name is recorded in Record of Rights under Form-1B vide Katha No.462. While so, when the Government of Telangana contemplated to issue new Pass Books under the Rythu bandhu Scheme, petitioner was issued a new Pass Book by the Tahasildar, Ramannaper Mandal, vide Katha No.462. But, surprisingly, in the said new Pass Book the extent of the land of petitioner is recorded as Ac.0.18 guntas i.e. 0.05 guntas in Sy.No.85 and Ac.0.1750 guntas in Sy.No.638/11, instead of recording Ac.8.10 guntas. Immediately the petitioner made representation to the Tahasildar-Respondent No.3 on 24.07.2019 and also to the District Collector on 16.09.2019,

requesting to rectify the same and issue new pass books. But, no action has been taken by the respondents. Aggrieved by the same, present writ petition is filed.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue.

In view of the aforesaid facts and circumstances, since the representation of the petitioner is pending for rectification of the entries, there shall be a direction to the 3rd respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner and take action, in accordance with law, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of. No order as to costs.
