Petitioner, who is A2 in Cr.No.268 of 2016 of Ramgopalpet Police Station, Hyderabad, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 498-A and 306 r/w 34 IPC, filed this petition under Section 438 Cr.P.C. seeking anticipatory bail.

Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to permit the petitioner to withdraw the Criminal Petition. Permission is accorded. 3.
Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. Miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, in this petition shall stand closed.
