The petitioners/accused No.2 & 3 and the 2nd respondentdefacto complainant are present along with their respective counsels.

I.A.Nos.2 & 3 of 2019 are filed by them to compound the offences against the accused in C.C.No.40 of 2018 on the file of III Special Magistrate, Hasthinapuram, Ranga Reddy District, which is outcome of crime No.489 of 2016 of Uppal Police Station, Cyberabad, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 448, 506, 507 & 290 IPC by stating that they settled the matter outside the Court amicably to purchase peace and terms of the compromise was also appended.

In view of the compromise between the parties, I.A.Nos.2 & 3 of 2019 are allowed by compounding the offences. Consequently, the Criminal Petition is allowed and the proceedings against the accused in C.C.No.40 of 2018 on the file of III Special Magistrate, Hasthinapuram, Ranga Reddy District, are hereby quashed, accused are acquitted and the bail bonds of the accused, if any, stands cancelled. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed.
