Heard.

The present Writ Petition came to be filed seeking issuance of writ of mandamus directing the respondents to consider the case of the petitioners for the post of House Keeper cum Peon, along with employment exchange sponsored candidates. 3.
By an order dated 26.03.2013, this Court, while issuing notice before admission, directed the second respondent as under:
" The second respondent is directed to notify the vacancies, which are sought to be filled in by him by making a reference to the employment exchange. The notification shall be got published in one of the newspapers having wide circulation in the locality and it shall also be published on the notice board of the office of the second respondent herein and also notified through the All India Radio, Hyderabad as well as Doordarshan. The second respondent shall consider all such applications which are received, apart from those whose names have been sponsored by the employment exchange, irrespective of the fact whether they respondent to the notification or not."

In view of the above interim direction granted by this Court, no orders need be passed in the present writ petition.

Accordingly the writ petition is closed. No costs. Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
