ORDER

Sri P.Sridhar Rao, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to pursue his remedies for implementation of the Award passed by the Industrial Tribunal-cum-Labour Court, Warangal, in I.D.No.96 of 1997.

With a liberty to pursue the remedies before appropriate forum, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
