M/S. Hanuman Sai Traders, v. The Collector (Cs),
HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE S.V.BHATT WRIT PETITION No.3533 OF 2013 ORDER:
Heard Mr.Venu Madhav for petitioner and Mr.Jagan for respondents.
The prayer is against inaction of respondents 1 and 2 in considering and disposing of representation dated 30.05.2012, as illegal, arbitrary and unconstitutional.
The counsel appearing for the respondents without seeking time for filing counter affidavit submits that the respondents may be directed to dispose of the representation in accordance with law. I am satisfied that without getting into the merits of the grievance of petitioner, it is suffice to direct the respondents to consider and dispose of the representation dated 30.05.2012 within eight (8) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The petitioner is given liberty to communicate copy of this order by not only enclosing copy of representation dated 30.05.2012, but also any other evidence on which he intends to rely upon within four (4) weeks from today.
The writ petition is disposed of. No order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed. ______________ S.V.BHATT, J Date:19-10-2016 Stp
