It is stated by learned counsel for the petitioners that the Joint Collector disposed of the appeal filed by the petitioners vide proceedings No.E1/4953/2018, dated 16-112019 in favour of the petitioners. In pursuance of the same, the petitioners filed representation dated 25-11-2019 before the 2nd respondent to implement the said order. But the same is not being disposed of. Aggrieved by the same, the present writ petition is filed.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue.

In view of the same, the writ petition is disposed of directing the 2nd respondent to consider the representation made by the petitioners dated 25-11-2019 in accordance with law and take action. No order as to costs As a sequel, miscellaneous applications pending, if any, shall stand closed.
