This criminal petition is filed, by the petitioner-accused No.6, under Section 438 of Cr.P.C., seeking pre arrest bail in Crime No.103 of 2017 on the file of the Station House Officer, Mogalthur Police Station, West Godavari District, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 338 and 307 read with 34 of IPC. 2.

At the time of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of the court to permit the petitioner to withdraw the criminal petition. Permission is granted. 3.
