Today, by a separate order passed by us, we have dismissed W.A.M.P.No.1983 of 2017 filed for condonation of delay of 2,555 days in filing this writ appeal. As a consequence thereof, this Writ Appeal is rejected.

As a sequel to rejection of the writ appeal, W.A.M.P.No.1984 of 2017 filed by the appellant for fixing an early date of hearing of the writ appeal shall stand dismissed as infructuous.
