ORAL ORDER:

This writ petition is instituted alleging that even though petitioner performed exceptionally well in the recruitment conducted pursuant to notification dated 31.12.2015 to the post of Stipendiary Cadat Trainee Police Constables in Special Protection Force, he was not selected by not awarding marks for high jump.

Learned Government Pleader for Home (TG) on instructions submitted that petitioner is selected and same was also informed to the petitioner through website.

In view of the above statement of the learned Government Pleader, no further orders are required to be passed in this writ petition. Accordingly, the writ petition is closed. No costs. Having regard to the same, miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, are closed.
