THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T.SUNIL CHOWDARY CRIMINAL PETITION No.184 of 2017 ORDER:

This petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C., to quash the proceedings against the petitioners-accused Nos.4, 5 and 7 in C.C. No.385 of 2016 on the file of the Court of IV Additional Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Tirupati, Chittoor District. 2.

At the time of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission of this Court to permit the petitioners to withdraw the criminal petition with liberty to file fresh petition. A letter dated 24.7.2017 to that effect was also addressed to the Registrar (Judicial). Permission is granted. 3.
