THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T.SUNIL CHOWDARY CRIMINAL PETITION NO.794 OF 2010 ORDER:

This petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. to quash the proceedings in Cr.No.65 of 2009 of Patamata Police Station, Vijayawada, Krishna District.

2. No representation on behalf of the petitioners on 03-03-2016. Even though the matter was directed to be posted to today under the caption' 'for dismissal', no representation on behalf of the petitioners. It seems the petitioners are not evincing any interest to prosecute the case. Learned counsel appearing for the 2nd respondent is present.

3. Therefore, the Criminal Petition is dismissed for nonprosecution. Miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, in this Criminal Petition shall stand closed.
