THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTI CE SANJAY KUMAR WRI T PETI TI ON NO.2306 OF 2018

O R D E R

The grievance of the petitioners is that the Joint Collector, Nirmal, is not considering their revision filed under Section 9 of the Telangana Rights in Land and Pattadar Pass Books Act, 1971, or the stay application filed therein.

The said revision petition was filed in the year 2017 and taken on file as Revision Petition No.1384 of 2017. The respondents in the said revision petition, being respondents 5 and 6 herein, filed a caveat and entered appearance through Sri C.Naresh Reddy, learned counsel. As this Court does not propose to go into the merits of the pending revision and it is for the revisionary authority to consider the said revision on its own merits after hearing both sides, there is no necessity to advert to the merits of the matter.

The writ petition is accordingly disposed of directing the Joint Collector, Nirmal, to consider the petitioners' revision petition bearing No.1384 of 2017 on its own merits and dispose of the same, after hearing all parties concerned, expeditiously and in any event, not later than three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed in the light of this final order. No order as to costs. _______________ SANJAY KUMAR, J 18th FEBRUARY, 2019 Svv
