THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE CHALLA KODANDA RAM WRIT PETITION No. 26637 OF 2017 O R D E R:

This Writ Petition is filed questioning the action of the 3rd respondent Station House Officer, Peddapalli Police Station in calling the petitioner to the Police Station regularly and insisting her to settle the civil disputes pending between herself and the 4th respondent.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.

Learned Government Pleader has produced before this Court a copy of the written instructions received from the Station House Officer, Dharmaram Police Station and submits that one Burra Ganga lodged a complaint on 02.08.2017 with the respondent police stating that the petitioner has illegally entered into her land and stolen the electrical motor. Based on the said complaint, a case in Crime No. 159 of 2017 was registered on the same day itself for the offences punishable under Sections 447 and 379 of the Indian Penal Code on the file of Dharmaram Police Station and investigated into. The learned Government Pleader further submits that except registering the case, the respondent police never interfered with the civil disputes pending between the parties. Recording the submissions made by the learned Government Pleader, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs. Consequently, the miscellaneous Applications, if any shall stand closed.
