HON'BLE MS. JUSTICE J. UMA DEVI C.R.P.No. 522 of 2018 O R D E R:- This Civil Revision Petition is filed challenging the order dated 09.01.2018 in I.A.No. 42 of 2018 in O.S.No. 145 of 2010 passed by the Principal Senior Civil Judge, Mancherial, whereby, the interlocutory application filed by the respondents-defendants, was allowed.

Heard the learned counsels appearing for both the parties and perused the material on record.

There is no quarrel so far as servicing of notice in I.A.No. 42 of 2018 on the revision petitioners and that the learned counsel, who received notice on their behalf, made the endorsement " No Objection" . The trial Court, taking note of the said endorsement, allowed the Interlocutory Application observing that there are sufficient grounds to receive the documents.

In view of the above, I see no reason to interfere with the impugned order dated 09.01.2018 passed by the trial Court.

The Civil Revision Petition, in my view, is devoid of merits and the same is hereby dismissed. It is needless to state that the petitioners-plaintiffs can cross-examine the witnesses regarding the genuineness or validity of the documents which are produced by the respondents-defendants

JUD,J CRP_522_2018 through the Interlocutory Application i.e. in I.A.No. 42 of 2018. No order as to costs.

As a sequel, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any pending, shall stand disposed of as infructuous.
