HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No.2680 OF 2019 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed with the following prayer: " ....to issue an appropriate Writ, Order or Direction, more particularly one in the nature of writ of Mandamus, direct any other independent agency of the same division or 4th Respondent of same division to thoroughly investigate the FIR No.50 of 2018, on the rolls of 3rd Respondent or pass such other order or further orders as the Hon'ble Court deems fit and proper in the circumstances of the case."

Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home on instructions submits that investigation was conducted and final report stating that 'Action dropped' is filed in the concerned Court on 12-02-2019 after sending notice to the petitioner by 'Registered Post with Acknowledgment Due'. When the matter was listed on earlier occasion, there is no representation for the petitioner and even today also, there is no representation for the petitioner.

Recording the submissions made by Government Pleader, the writ petition is disposed of. As a sequel to the disposal of this petition, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
